OKAY OKAY I NEVER LEARN I AM STILL HOPING FOR GREAT SERVICE.. OKAY SHOOT ME. NOW HERES THE QUESTIONS THAT I KNOW YOUR DYING TO ASK ME.... WHY WOULD YOU GO BACK TO WALGREENS WHEN THEY RIPPED YOU OFF OF THE VIRGIN MOBILE PHONECARDS TWICE.... PLEASE ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN. YOU BUY THE TOP UP CARD AND YOU SCRATCH THE CARD FOR NUMBERS AND LOAD IT ON THE PHONE RIGHT???? SIMPLE RIGHT? NOT FOR ME TODAY. ON MY WAY TO WORK I DECIDED TO STOP AT THIS WALGREENS AFTER THEY SCREWED ME BY THE CASHIER NOT LOADING THE GIFT CARD AND TOOK ME FOR 20 DOLLARS 4 WEEKS AGO. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE MANAGER HE SAID TO ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON THE BACK AND THEY WILL HANDLE IT... AHHHHH! HUH! WHAT! I JUST BOUGHT THIS CARD 5 MINUTES AGO AND YOUR DUMB ASS CASHIER DIDNT LOAD THE 20 DOLLARS THAT I JUST PAID IN CASH AND YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK FOR THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK? Really? I SMILED AND WALKED OUT YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE IM IN JACKSONVILLE... IF I GET ANGRY THEY WILL CALL THE COPS ON ME.
NOW LIKE A DICKHEAD I WENT BACK TO THAT SAME WALGREENS THINKING WHAT I BEEN THROUGH WAS THE PAST AND I DID NOT GET MY MONEY AND THE MANAGER WHO THEY WERE FORTUNATE TO HIRE TO RUN THE STORE DID NOT HAVE A CLUE. I WENT BACK AND THIS TIME I SPENT 30.00 TO LOAD CARD. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED FOLKS? YEP YOU GUEST IT.... CASHIER FUCKED UP AGAIN AND NOW I CANT GET MY 30 DOLLARS BACK AND THE MANAGER THAT I CALLED DID NOT HAVE A CLUE AND DID NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT SO WHEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE VIRGIN MOBILE CARD.. HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO CONTACT CORPORATE FOR MY MONEY.
HE GOT MAD AND HANGED UP ON ME BECAUSE I TOLD HIM HE NEEDS TO TRAIN HIS PEOPLE BETTER TO HANDLE GIFTCARDS... WHY TELL HIM THAT WHEN HE DOESNT PROBABLY KNOW ANYTHING EITHER.
I AM LAUGHING AND PISSED AT THE SAME TIME. THIS WALGREENS ON SOUTHSIDE.. DONT GET GIFTCARDS THERE.... THEY WILL SCREW IT UP AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR HAVE A MANAGER THAT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUE THAT HIS CASHIER CAUSED. YOU WONT GET THE SMILING " I WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU MAM OR I AM SO SORRY THIS HAPPENED TYPE OF MANAGER. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AT AROUND 8PM TONIGHT.. I GUESS I WOULD ASSUME ITS THE NIGHT MANAGER... HE JUST DIDNT GIVE A FUCK AND HANGED UP ON ME. I LAUGHED MY ASS OFF YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE HE NEEDED MANAGEMENT TRAINING AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO NEEDED RESOLUTION. BOTH EXPERIENCES ON A WHOLE WAS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN THROUGH. AT LEAST IN NEW YORK, IF THAT HAPPENED YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR THEY RE SCAN THE CARD AFTER CHECKING IT TO MAKE SURE ITS TRUE. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT AND YOU JUST WALK OUT THE STORE AND CAME BACK IN 5 MINUTES THEY WILL HELP YOU. NOT THIS STORE. I WOULDNT GO BACK TO THIS WALL GREENS IF I WAS BLEEDING AFTER A STAB WOUND AND NEEDED BANDAIDS. THATS HOW BAD IT IS. EVEN IF THATS THE STORE POLICY AND I KNOW THAT IT IS NOT THE MANAGERS FAULT AT LEAST WHAT YOU CAN DO IS APOLOGIZE.. YOU CANT DO THAT? ITS ALL PART OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NOW ASK YOURSELF THIS QUESTION.. IM IN JACKSONVILLE AND I EXPERIENCED THIS SITUATION TWICE WITHIN 3 WEEKS.. ASK YOURSELF WHY I DIDNT GET AN APOLOGY THE TWO TIMES MY MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED... AND I NEVER RAISED MY VOICE OR ACT LIKE A BAFOON TO THESE MEN.. CLUE NUMBER 1... IM IN JACKSONVILEE.. CLUE #2... YOU FILL IN THE BLANKS ON THIS ONE.
